Shepherds

• Lead a group of children all year (single or team leaders)
• Build relationships with children and families.
• Help kids make personal connections with the Bible stories.
• 40 Needed

Time Commitment: High

• One program year
• Every Sunday (less if job sharing)

Preparation Commitment:Low

• Review lesson to be used by workshop leaders
• Keep in contact with children

Support:

• Provided lesson plans
  Shepherd training meetings
  Ongoing communication and support from Directors of Children’s Ministry
